Refreshment Assignments and Duties

On your assigned day, please:

Arrive no later than 7:40 a.m., preferably earlier!
Bring your choice of refreshments (donuts/muffins/bagels/pastries/yogurt/fruit etc. plus juice and/or flavored creamer if you wish) and set up on table by coffee in meeting room. We usually recommend spending around $30 - $35 for regular meetings and $45 for extended meetings.

Give your receipt to Kim (Treasurer) with a completed reimbursement form (available on the website).

The brochures & banner should already be in our meeting room. (If not, you'll need to get them from Ginny's office.) Set up in meeting room.
By or before 8:00 a.m., return to the front desk to greet people, ensure that they sign in on our EALB sign-in sheet & let them know which room we're in.
At around 8:20 a.m., return to our meeting room with the sign-in sheet & sit near the door to ensure that late comers sign in.
At end of meeting, please give sign-in sheets to Paula. Box up all remaining table info & roll up banner. Clean up any leftover refreshments.
If you cannot make your assigned day, please arrange for someone else to do it. In an emergency, call Paula on her cell at least 24 hours in advance (if possible!)
