Keynote

In this presentation, you will learn about the connection between anger and communication, develop skills in understanding your own vulnerabilities in situations where anger is present, and intervening in order to defuse others' anger. You'll also be able to have greater compassion and empathy for others' ineffective behaviors, and to make the connection between underlying feelings and angry "behavior". Hopefully, you will leave with an increased ability to effectively deal with anger, so as to increase effective work with others.

Opinions expressed are those of the speaker and not necessarily those of the Council and its membership.
